Pneumatic Rotary Actuator CH-Series

This pneumatic actuator stands out with its durability, reliability and economic efficiency. It complies with  all the usual actuator norms making it compatible with similarly compliant valves and position monitoring,  control and feedback devices.

The actuator is of rack and pinion design with an anti blow-out proof pinion, and its extruded aluminium  body is hard anodized to protect it against oxidation in non-aggressive atmospheres.

Body: Aluminium alloy, extruded acc. to ASTM 6063, anodized acc. to UNI 5422,  nickel plated (chemical nickel) or protected with epoxy-paint

Heads: Die-cast in aluminium alloy ASTM B179, painted with epoxy-polyester powder or  chemical nickel

Pistons: Die-cast in aluminium alloy ASTM B179

Pinion: Nickel-plated steel

Slideways: Acetal resin (LAT LUB 731320T)

Screws: Stainlees steel AISI 304

Springs: Precompressed cartridge, painted with epoxy powder  Seals: Nitrile rubberNBR (EPDM or FPM on request)  Standard grease: MoS2

Working pressure: min. 4 bar, max. 8 bar

Temperature range: -20 °C to +80 °C (other temperature ranges on request)
